Prior to “move day” we carefully pack all your possessions, and on the day of move, we will oversee the movers, unpack you in your new home, organize your items and remove all packing materials. We strongly recommend following public health measures by maintaining physical distance of 6 feet in a space or area from others,

other forms of personal protective equipment and staying home when sick.
If you have any questions or concerns and would like us to take special precautions,
we encourage you to contact us prior to your cleaning appointment.

By discussing your goals with your prospective cleaner, organizer or design team when you book your service appointment, you can ask us as many questions as you like – this will help you feel at ease. We run background checks on our team members as part of our hiring process and customers can ask us for references on the team members we send to your home, if this makes them feel comfortable.
Our customers can choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, we offer a flexible schedule based on your cleaning needs.

We prefer to provide you with one main house cleaner, we like consistency as much as our customers, and by having the same cleaner, they will be familiar with your home, pets etc. However, if your dedicated cleaner is unavailable, we will do our best to replace them with another fully trained expert. In our growing business, we will continuously hire and train the appropriate team, to maintain our business standards.
